Subscription and billing
Mojiru Pro subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel or manage your subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions
- Select Mojiru and choose your option
For refund requests, contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Data and privacy
To permanently delete your Mojiru account and all associated cloud data, sign in to the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your account and synced data from our servers and cannot be undone. If you can't access the app, email info@mojiru.app with the subject line "Delete my data" and we'll process it for you.
Signing out (without deleting) keeps your synced data so you can restore your progress later on another device.
